7 reasons why to use Angles90 grips even in top gyms

If you are working out in a sophisticated commercial gyms, you mostly have a freely movable grip available for the majority pull movements. However, if you thank that Angles90 is a home gym or outdoor gym tool only, you are wrong. Here is why!

1) Intuitive micro 3D movements

Rotating handles - but still limiting! Solution: Angles90 Grips

Just because a machine offers a rotating handle, it still does not allow for that 3D range of motion, but rather only rotates on one axis / on one plane. The difference in terms of reaching and feeling your back will therefore change a lot.

2) More range of motion

Narrow-grip pulldown or low rows: typical D-handles are most of the time shorter than Angles90 grips, that’s why you won’t reach full ROM with those. Not only does your ROM get greater, but also joint-friendlier since your shoulders can now maintain their natural alignment.

3) Innovative handle design
