THE A90 CARABINER

Functional upper body workouts without any bars or machines!

How to use: just connect the two handles through our provided carabiner, the A90 connector

The principle: the more you push the handles outwards, the harder your workout will get

Permanent tension: always keep the handles under tension while doing an exercise

Change resistance: use less tension for warm ups, more tension for normal workouts

is getting highly involved.
