My son is a big epsom salt user. Tried this and said it was superior to plain salts. But it is so expensive. It was $25 for a small bag vs $5 for the same size Epsom salts.

Great product. Definitely helps when my body is super sore.

It smells super relaxing and works to get my muscles softer.It is a bit expensive given how fast the supply can run out.I try to alternate this soak with other products, but I always make sure I have one bag stocked at home.

I use this product at least once a week. It helps a lot with muscle aches and pains, especially when your sore after a workout. This product is worth every penny and I would recommend it to all!

I used this soak for excruciating plantar fasciitis pain. Did the recommended 20 minutes in a bucket with cool water and a cup of the product. The reduction in pain and swelling was nothing short of amazing!!!! I would highly recommend this product!!!! I would give it ten stars if I could!

I got a post card from the owner, jordan. I respect the communication, so I will review this honestly. Best smelling soak ever. Don't notice a difference between other soak salts as far as muscle relief. Works about the same. I will say the peppermit opens up my sinuses so I'd be glad to buy another bag of this when I need more.

I bought this for my son for muscle Recovery after football and it has helped him tremendously!! The water actually gets ice cold in the spots where the salt is it's pretty impressive stuff! So basically I love it because he could still be in his hot bath yet almost like he's icing his shoulders or his arm wherever he is sore while still sitting in a hot water! I'm happy I found this product. After smelling like menthol (and not much pain relief) for so long from using other pain relief creams and soaks, Muscle Soak Recovery Bath is a pleasant change. The scent is wondeful and the relief to the muscles was an unexpected, welcome result. It's a great value for the price.

It was my first time trying salt baths, and I wanted to give these a go to specifically help my muscles and joints recover from strenuous workouts. Got the wrong scent sent to me but they were so kind enough to send me the correct one. They smell great and feel amazing, especially once you get out of the bath and lie on your bed. This stuff is the best!! I've used other soaks for a long time but this one is my go to from now on! The lavender scent is perfect and the formulation of Epsom salt with magnesium and other minerals is amazing for a bath soak or concentrated spot treatment!

I tried this product at night for several days at a stretch, typically after I had had a workout at night Tirhut before going to sleep. I tried applying it to my legs and also to my neck.The product we are reviewing is the one with the lavender smell. And as soon as you apply the product, you have an immediate cooling sensation very similar to what you would notice with a Biofreeze. Because of the strong smell, you have to be very careful not to apply it on your face and even though the face won’t get burnt, your eyes will water this I learned by experience. I noticed that the product also has an interesting side effect. I was generally able to get more sleep as a result of applying it, so this may be both a blessing as well as a curse in disguise. I think it’s an interesting product of Finnish origin made in the USA so one assumes that there has been a significant amount of quality ingredients and reviews done to ensure quality of the product. The price is comparable to similar products in my opinion. Given the surprisingly positive effect I had with this product in addressing sore muscles and joints, I’m happy to give it five stars.

I live with daily knee pain. There are times when I just need a break from the pain and this creamy lotion is perfect. I don't even have to put perfume on as the lavender scent is noticeable after applying the lotion. It works into my skin and leaves no sticky feeling. I can feel the lotion "attacking" the pain like a warm feeling that is there after applying. The Magnesium and MSM are botanicals that are a part of this lotion. One of the best pain relieving lotions I have found in recent months.

MEh, if it helps or not to relieve muscle pain I'm not sure, but I enjoy using it during my baths.

I will admit that I hesitated, because the last 'Lavender-Scented' bath salts I bought actually smelled like plastic. Well, plastic mixed with KoolAid. So I almost didn't buy this. But then I figured - well - what can I lose...they are not so expensive. It was a win. I like the smell a lot, and they work. Thumbs up.

Excellent product and definitely makes you relaxed. I'm not big on oils but this stuff actually makes your skin soft unlike strictly epsom salt bath where I feel dry. Have given several bags as gifts and they love it. Will purchase more for Christmas gifts.

I love this! It is much better than other bath salts I've used. I work a very physical straining job and have become reliant on this bath soak to get through the workweek.

I was never a believer in bath soaks. I sure am now. I was working 7 days a week in a very physically demanding job. This helped so much!

This lotion works much like other muscle pain relief products only more natural. It works well to soothe aching muscles for me at bedtime and I can rest better. The aloe really moisturizes my skin. The smell is nice and a little goes a long way! I'm happy with this product and would order it again when we run out.

I bought it due to freat reviews but it was no different than my lavender epsom salt.

I had never tried this brand, always used Dr. Teals but now I feel like I may have to continue on with Coach Soak! Helped so much with an old injury (bad ankle) after a mile walk. Will return to purchase again.

This is expensive for what it is. No noticeable difference for me between this and Dr.Teals recovery blend except the extra $20.

very nice scent. it makes the skin feel very smooth. I tried both the citrus and lavender, they both are loosening up tight muscle and helps me sleep very well. better than many bath salts I've used and I used a lot of them.
