RETURN POLICY 

Thank you for your purchase and trust. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

We have a 30 day money-back guarantee, allowing you to return your products if you do not like them. Please ensure you return your goods in original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Instructions for cancellation 

The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Angles90 GmbH, Viale della Stazione 7, 39100 Bolzano, Italia, Tel.: +39 0473 42 84 92, E-Mail: support@angles90.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (sent by  e-mail). 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

How to return or exchange an Item 

  • Please contact our support team at support@angles90.com  and explain in a short manner why you want to return or exchange your item (add additional  pictures or proof of purchase)
  • Our Customer Support Team will look into your case within 2-3 business Days and will provide you with further information
  • If your case matches our return policy guidelines, you will get a prepaid shipping label by email (see chart below) 
  • As soon as your returned item has been checked properly in our warehouse you will get a full refund or a new exchanged item. (up to 7 business days)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or none are granted: 

* the goods were not used properly and damaged through your own fault 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Late or missing refunds 

If we confirmed your refund, but you haven’t received it yet, please first check withyour credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Exchanges 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you want to exchange any item please send us an email to support@angles90.com with additional pictures and details.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Effects of cancellation 

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than thirty days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than thirty days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. 

General information 

Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
