Still haven’t received my order

Placed my order on June 15th, today is the 27th and still says ups is waiting for the shipment. I emailed them a few day prior and they don’t have a clue what happened. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from them

What's the weight rating? I was trying to do hamstring curls with the ankle strap and the sling trainer on the pulley but the strap's velcro did not feel secure at 45lb
