NO WEIGHT PLATES? NO PROBLEM!

The A90 Homemade Weight turns everyday objects — stones, sandbags, water bottles — into training load. At home or on the road, you build the resistance you need from whatever is around you.

Skip the plates: fill it with sand, water or rocks and you have a load you can set to your own level. It packs down and travels, so strength work follows you home, abroad or outdoors.

Built from durable materials, it attaches to your A90 Grips, Sling Trainer or Cable Pulley and turns them into a complete portable setup. Because you control the load, it works for beginners and experienced lifters alike.

Combine it with resistance bands or the A90 bar attachment for full-body sessions that reach every muscle group — and keep your training going on the days a gym is not an option.

The A90 Homemade Weight is about adaptability more than lifting. Light, durable and portable, it is the piece that makes the rest of your Angles90 setup work anywhere.

Limited gym equipment can hinder your workout progress. The A90 Homemade Weight solves this by allowing you to lift "homemade" weights, simplifying your training routine. Its high-quality rope net supports up to 440lb (200kg), making it easy to add or unload weights without detaching from the pulley.

Product Features:

High Capacity: 19x19 inch net supports up to 440lb (200kg)
Complete Set: Includes carabiner and wooden Angles90 logo
Effortless Setup: Quick and easy to use
Versatile Use: Compatible with various weights and surfaces

Package Includes:

19x19 inch net (48x48cm) with 440lb (200kg) loading capacity
1 carabiner
Wooden Angles90 logo

■ SIMPLE, YET NEVER SEEN BEFORE IN THE WORLD OF FITNESS.

The A90 Homemade Weight makes weight training possible without conventional weight plates. How? Our high-quality customized rope net allows you to lift "homemade" weights like stones, sandbags, bricks, bottles and more - mainly through your pulley.

Another equally valuable benefit: When using your pulley's loading pin, you know the hassle of loading and later unloading single plates (and in the worst case do the same for your barbell or dumbbell). Now, instead, simply put your already loaded dumbbell(s) into the net and start lifting!

LIFT ANYTHING YOU WANT

and add weight plates faster

FASTER SETUP

Add or unload weights without having to detach the net from the pulley first (which you would have to do using a loading pin!).

STRONG AND FLEXIBLE

Big enough for bottle crates, small enough for 5lb plates. The 19x19 inch (48x48cm) net can be loaded up to 440lb (200kg).

MULTI-LENGTH

Attach the carabiner to any part of the net. This way you can change the overall pulley length without too much hassle.

Efficient and easy way to train

I am quite happy with the products.

Hi Ivan, we're thrilled to hear you're happy with the A90 Athlete Set! Thanks for sharing your experience and happy training!

Everything seems as advertised and of good quality.

Everything seems as advertised and of good quality.
I did employ a bigger clip/carabiner I had as it is easier to employ more bands and to change their number with more ease and less worry of damage. I had a large climbing carabiner that actually is much lighter and so I used it.
I would suggest that hardware of this style and nature be considered if it didn't add too much to the cost.
Since portability is one aspect your products may be sought for and advertised as being I would suggest that climbing carabiners be considered in all cases, with all your products using a carabiner now.
It should be considered and would make your products stand out as a premium product in a sea of products all seeming very similar and not premium.
What was provided was functional, but I would still consider the change in hardware across your product line.
I also like clips or carabiners where you have no sharp edges that can catch on or abrade fabric straps, rope or tubes.
Still what you provide seem as if they are the standard offering by those offering competing products.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your valuable feedback on our A90 Athlete Set. We are glad to hear that you found the product to be of good quality and as advertised. We appreciate your suggestion to consider using climbing carabiners for easier band adjustments. We will definitely take this into consideration for future product improvements. Thank you for being a valued customer and for helping us make our products stand out as a premium option in the market. We will also keep your suggestion in mind for using clips or carabiners with no sharp edges in our product line. Thank you for choosing our brand and we hope to continue providing you with top-notch products. Happy training!

Tiny cargo net.

Seems like a good idea.
Seems to work fine.
Maybe it could be bigger though for me as I use sand bags.
For other items it is better.

Thank you for the honest feedback, Michael! Great to hear the A90 Homemade Weight is working well for you and that the concept delivers in your training.

We appreciate your note on the size- using sandbags definitely pushes its limits, and that’s valuable insight. The versatility with different items is exactly what it’s designed for, so it’s great to hear it performs well there.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and helping us improve. Keep up the strong training!

I love it!!

What a great product! So easy to use, holds a ton of weights and my clients can switch their weights in and out safely and quickly. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much A90!

Spettacolo!

These are indeed a great pair of ergonomic grips that provide an increased range of motion and improve muscle stability. Pull-ups are much more challenging because of the intensity, and I love that. Apart from the ease of transition through varied movements, I get a deeper contraction of the lats, ensuring optimum muscle growth. Not to mention them being very much forgiving on the joints. Combined with the sling trainer (bought the A90 Athlete Set), the power plus method grip mimics that of Olympic rings, allows me to cycle through my faves. I highly recommend these. Lightweight and seemingly durable (had since January). A definite must-have for any strength training regimen.

I've been using them in the gym for deadlifts rows etc for a couple of months but today was the first time I've used them outdoors. Brilliant product 👍

Just love it!

Angles90® are the best purchase I've made; along with other gym equipment, it's a must-have!

Hi Tomislav,

Thank you for your kind words about our A90 Homemade Weight! We are thrilled to hear that it has become a must-have in your gym equipment collection. We hope it continues to serve you well in your fitness journey. Keep up the great work!

Great for very tall people probably

These are made really strong, are large, and hold a lot of weight, but I'm only 5'8" and by the time I put handles on the caribiners, whether I use Angle90 handles or another pair (I tried several different ones) they still almost touch the ground! I was going to use them to do farmer carries on the trail I made below our cabin. I can try to grip them farther down without using handles but it's not very comfortable.

Hi Charles,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our A90 Homemade Weight. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that the handles may be a bit too long for your height. Our weights are designed to accommodate taller individuals, but we understand that it may not be the most comfortable for those who are shorter. We will definitely take your comments into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for choosing our product and happy trails!

Hallo Ingo,

Great Customer Service

I’ve purchased many items from Angles 90, from their A90 Grips to multiple sets of their A90 Cable Pulleys. On my last order one of the cable pulley setups was shipped without a pulley mount. The customer service responded quickly and without any issues. Their products are outstanding and backed by their great customer service.

Hi Joe,

Thank you for your kind words and for being a loyal customer of Angles 90. We are thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed our A90 Grips and Cable Pulleys. We apologize for the missing pulley mount on your last order, but we are glad that our we are able to assist you promptly. We always strive to provide exceptional products and top-notch customer service. Thank you for your support and we look forward to serving you in the future. 😊

All the best,
Sarah

Clever addition to your traveling gear

The net seems a bit more practical than a sack or bag made from nylon; the bag might "look" neater/cleaner....but the net will be better if you load it with stones, odd shaped weights, loose plates, etc. I would think a couple of plastic grocery bags would allow you to load up with dirt or sand in a pinch. The wooden tag looks good; kind of wish it would disconnect....I imagine I will break it soon enough.

Hi Karl! Thank you for leaving a review for our A90 Homemade Weight. We're so glad to hear that you find it to be a clever addition to your traveling gear! Thank you for your feedback and for being a valued customer! 🙌💪

Where’s my order?

I haven’t received my order.
